‘Art Unpacked’ explores artworks that have entered the collection at Museum & Art Swindon since the beginning of 2020. During this time, Museum & Art Swindon has worked with artists, organisations and advisors to bring around 200 artworks into the collection. Expanding on its strengths, they include paintings, drawings, prints and studio ceramics created in the 20th and 21st centuries. This display showcases a selection of this work, made by artists who have impacted the local and national art scene from the 1970s until today.
