Join artist Amy Peck for a lantern-making extravaganza! Work together as a family to make a beautiful lantern from willow and tissue paper to take home.
Amy worked with young people as part of the current ‘Uncommon People’ exhibition at MAS, looking at folk culture. Together they created the giant puppet A’Nu, who you can visit in the Museum. In this lantern-making workshop, Amy will share some of the techniques they used to create the giant puppet.
Suitable for ages 5+.
